I just posted a message looking for information regarding Lt. Benjamin and his parentage. I am a direct decendant, through Benjamin & Charlotte, Zachariah and Nancy Williams, Benjamin and Eliza Adams, and Benjamin Rhodes Dillon and Josephine Feather, who were the Dillons who left Indiana and went to Nebraska. Benjamin Rhodes was my Great-grandfather. I seem to have hit a wall when it comes to some of the details about Lt. Benjamin.
