He married 08-04-1854 Monroe Co. OH, Catherine Harshman b: abt. 1835 OH. Catherine was the d/o Christian & Mary Elizabeth Windon Harshman. Harvey & Catherine had a son Hugh Dillon b: OH. Catherine & Hugh Dillon are found in the 1860 Belmont Co. OH census living with Catherine's mother. It is believed that Catherine later married J. A. Hicks & was living in Hocking Co. OH.
