My great-grandfather was William DILLON born July 7, 1868 in Albany, NY. Later moved to Newark NJ where he worked as an engineer before becoming a Newark fireman. Married to Harriet GRIMSHAW. Their children were David Francis, Gertrude TORTORETTI, Gerald, and Helen GILLIGAN. He died in NJ, June 29, 1934.
