Hi I'm Laura Larkin from Princeton, WV I have found these variations in census and other records. Dillion /Dillon/Dillyon/Dillian Dillyan Family Harvey George Dillion is my known Dillion. He is believed to be the son of James Dillion/Dillon b. 1771 m. 1789 in Franklin Co Va to Martha Belcher dau/o Isham Belcher and Elizabeth Clay Harvey George Dillion b. ca 1818 Va, a farmer, he lived in Skygusty (Va before 1863) WV. Lost one leg by 1870. d. between 1880 and 1900, married ca 1842.Tazewell Co 1850 census lists his occupation as that of teacher. He was once called a District Supervisor, this might have been the way he met.. Elizabeth Jane Huddleston ( Betsy Hudnal?) b. ca 1823 in Kanawha Valley VA (WV after 1863), d. after 1880 in McDowell Co. WV, by 1870 had asthma.
