She was born 14 Jan 1816 in Juniatta County, PA and her family came into Carroll County, IN in 1838. That is all I know about her family. She married into my McCain line. 1 Feb 1844 she married David Dill McCain, whose wife Mary (Lafever) had died in 1842, leaving 2 small children. They went on to have 7 of their own. They lived their whole married lives in Carrollton Twp, Carroll Co , IN. Esther died 24 July 1898 and David died 6 Sep 1855. They are both buried in the McCain Cemetery, in the middle of a corn field, near Deer Creek, in Carroll Co, IN. I sure would be glad to find out any little snippet about her family.
