    1. [DILLON] DILLON family Monroe County OHio 1800s
    2. Perry Adams
    3. In case there are some new Dillon researchers on line, I am resending details on my search for the parents and ancestors of William DILLON. William DILLON was born about 1822 in Ohio - most likely in Monroe County. He may have been the son of James DILLON who was living in Perry Township, Monroe County Ohio in the 1840 census. I am looking to identify that James DILLON family and to connect them to their proper DILLON line. In 1850 Monroe County, Green Township census, William Dillon was living with his wife Elizabeth (?) and three sons: Abraham age 6, Henry age 4 and John age 3. Does anyone have information on these families? Thank you for your help. Perry Adams San Carlos, California

    3. Read your email message regarding the Dillon family. However, I did not see any dates of birth/marriage/death to connect them. I am looking to connect my William Dillon born in 1822 in Ohio with his proper parents and his proper Dillon line. We do not know which county in Ohio, but it might have been Monroe as he appears in Green Township, Monroe County Ohio in the 1850 census living with his wife Elizabeth (?) Dillon and three young sons: Abraham age 6, Henry age 4 and John age 3. William may have been the son of James Dillon who was shown in the 1840 Monroe County, Perry Township census. James was shown as being between the ages of 60 and 70. There was a 15-20 year old male in that household who could have been our William Dillon. If any of this ties in with your William Dillon line, please contact me. Thank you for your help.
