I have little to nothing on him. I only have the 1920 census where he mentions an arrival around 1906/07?. I have no idea if he became a citizen- have not found any record of that. As of 1920- he was not - at least that is what he claimed on the census. Im guessing he came in thru NY. My G.Grandmother did and so I assume he did too. I do have a copy of his marriage license from the state of MA. It states his mothers name as Eva Gabriseska and his father as Andrew Ditrich. He says his birthplace is Poland and its his 1st marriage and this was August 17, 1921. Additionally, I have his 1st -2 childrens original baptism records from 1913 and 1914. And it seems to identify his home town as Obiecanowo Makow Poland. Finally- supposidly, the true spelling of the last name is Dytrych which is how his WWI draft reg card is filled out. But it was often mispelt, and the family finally adopted Dietrich, but he was gone by then, so don't know if he did too.
