Does anyone know if there is a passenger list of Germans that went back to Germany? If so, could you please give me a link to it? I have an uncle Jacob Dietrich that arrived in NYC in March of 1883 with his wife Philippina, his son Carl and his nephew Franz on the Belgenland. There is no further news of him, but his wife remarried in New York City in 1898. I can't find his son Carl either. If there is any place on the internet that shows when and where people went back to Germany? Ruth

His name was Jacob Isaac Dietrich(born: 8/31/1862-65) with boarding pass stating Bremen, but I also know this port was used by many immigrants. On another record it was stated brunsfel, Germany. I do know his father's name was Joseph. He married a Sophia Rettenmyer in Ohio. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. I am descendant of Henry Dietrick (or variations of spelling). His probate filed in Lancaster County Orphans Court beginning 1827. Heirs listed more than once. His heirs: Mary Ann (also Polly) wife of Henry Gitt Adam Catherine wife of Arhart Simmerman (of Cumberland Co., KY, later married Hunter) Daniel Elizabeth wife of John Michael of Lancaster Samuel Henry Sarah wife of George Trissler and later Philip Baker Philip, minor Mary Ann Magdalina, minor, married Israel W. Groff Henry's father was Philip and his probate also Orphans Cour lists Henry's children. Henry's wife was Sarah Diller. He probably was married prior to Sarah Diller, possibly to Maria (?). I am looking for descendants of this family. I have extensive information about Catherine and will share with "cousins." PAT ELMORE
