    1. Sebastian and Anna Dick
    2. Trish
    3. I am searching for Sebastian and Anna Dick. Sebastian came over in 1903 and died in 1906, Anna went on to homestead with three small children, build her home from ground up, farm, etc. alone on the desolate plains of North Dakota. I know Sebastian's mother was Agatha, that's all. Anna was born in Vienna, Austria while on vacation from what was then Germany. She only spoke German til she died in 1971. She has two sisters, Madeline Schneider(Helen) and Mary(Baltes). And two brothers Johann and Nicholas Scherer somewhere in Baltimore, Maryland. Her mother was Madeline also. Anna had three children, Joseph Dick, Marie Amundson, and Elizabeth Dick. Anything ring a bell? Please contact me at shadowalker33@uswest.net. Thanks.

    1. DICK, Sophia, born 1803 MD
    2. rvdubel
    3. I would like to learn about the Dick ancestors of my husband Bob Dubel. We do have some information about the Dubel ancestors. Sophia DICK, b 27 Mar 1803 MD (Frederick Co?), d 27 Apr 1891 Wolfsville, Frederick Co, MD, bur. 29 Apr 1891 United Brethren Church Cem, Wolfsville. Married 15 Oct 1825 Frederick Co, MD to John DUBEL. John b 31 May 1801 Wolfsville, d 24 Feb 1871 Wolfsville, bur Grossnickle Brethren Church Cem, Ellerton, Frederick Co, MD. John was s/o Benjamin Dubel and Elizabeth Ridenour. Spelling variations Dubel, Dupel, Duble, Duple, etc. and marriage record says Tooble though the family never used that spelling. Sophia lived 20 years longer than her husband John Dubel and she possibly lived with son John David Duble/Dubel and his wife Mahala (Marken) Duble/Dubel in Frederick Co, MD. Would appreciate some clues to the DICK genealogy. Thank you. Zelda. rvdubel@email.msn.com
