Hi All, I don't know whether I sent this little tidbit to the list or not - so just in case.... I found it in the Blackburn Mail & Lancashire Weekly Adv - dated April 5, 1809 in a listing of different crimes and what the punishments were. He doesn't seem to belong to my and I don't know anything more about him.
