After the payment of my just debts and funeral charges, I give and bequeath as follows. First - I give and bequeath all the property I may be possessed of at the time of my decease, to my Four (4) children, viz; Mary Mannire, Eliza Woodard, Wilson E. Dewhurst and Annie Howard, the same to share and share alike. Second - I order that any money which any of the said children owe to me, and the Insurance money which may be then due, shall all be included in the sum total of what may be left at the time of my decease as aforesaid. Third - I hereby nominate and appoint as the Executors of this my last Will and Testament the following persons, viz; my two eldest daughters, Mary Mannire and Eliza Woodard, and my Son Wilson E. Dewhurst the same to be exempted from giving bonds. Fourth - I order that in the case of my daughter Annie, my Executors as above appointed, shall distribute to her, her share from time to time, as in their judgement shall seem advisable for the best carrying out my wishes. On this the Fifteenth day of June A.D. 1894 Amelia Dewhurst of Lowell, Massachusetts, signed the foregoing instrument in our presence, declaring it to be Her last Will: and as witnesses thereof we three do now, at Her request, in her presence, and in the presence of Each other, hereto subscribe our names. Dewhurst of Quincy in the County of Norfolk and Mary Manhire named in said will Mary Manhire and Eliza Woodward named in said will Eliza Woodard - respectfully represents that Amelia Dewhurst who last dwelt in Hudson in said County of Middlesex, died on the fifteenth day of August 1906 possessed of goods and estate remaining to be administered, leaving no husband and as her only heirs-at-law and next of kin, the persons whose names, residences and relationship to the deceased are as follows, viz; Mary Manhire, Quincy, daughter Eliza Woodward, Hudson, daughter Annie Howard, Lowell, daughter Wilson E.
