Hi Mike, I am tracing the Luscombe/Pepperell families in the South Hams, most of my relatives come from Slapton. I have a Mitchelmore in my tree which I don't think is mentioned on your site. I have an Elizabeth MITCHELMORE born in 1804 The IGI gives her baptism as 10th June but after checking the parish record in the Totnes study centre I believe she was born on 10th and baptised on 29th June. According to the parish record her parents were John  MITCHELMORE and Elizabeth. The IGI gives a marriage of John  MITCHELMORE  to Elizabeth PERRING on 20 July 1803.   Elizabeth married Samuel Hyde PEPPERELL (my 4th great grand uncle) in Slapton on 27 February 1822 when she was only 17. If my research is right they had 9 children, all PEPPERELLS obviously. If you want any more info then please contact me and I'll see if I can check other details. I live close to Totnes and can check some South Hams parish records (held on microfiche) at the study centre.
