Higher Artiscombe is the closest to Rubbytown and the former Cole Farm (Coletown?) Does anyone know who owned the Cole Farm?Is there information on the farm that would show who the owners were in the 1700's? I am interested in knowing anything about this Cole family as our Cole family lived in Devon in the 1700's. Our 3rd Great Grandfather Samuel Cole b.1794 in Holsworthy emmigrated to St Thomas, Ontario in 1843 and I would love to know more about this Cole farm and any connection to his parents, siblings and other relatives in the area.
