Hi David, I haven¹t seen a response to your enquiry yet but FMP has an image of the Parish Record marriage on 20 August 1769. In the Rector¹s handwriting, he has Elizabeth FAGON or possibly FAGEN. She signed it Elizabeth FIEGAN although it could just be FEGAN and William made his mark. There were however 2 witnesses with a similar surname to HAMLYN, Rich¹d HAMBLY and Susanna HAMBLY.
