I find a Michael Cobey naturalized the 25th Oct, 1865 in New York City and a Matthew Cobey Naturalized the next day also in New York City, The interesting thing is they both give the same address and Michael signs as a wittiness for Matthew and they both have the same address. Matthew"s occupation is Silversmith.
