Dear fellow list members, I figured out why some emails from the list go to the Junk email folder and others do not. It appears that Windows Live Mail determines that emails from foreign sources are automatically junk. In the Junk emial Folder, if I right click on the sender and select “Junk email” and then select “Add sender to the safe sender list”, and all following emails from that sender stops going to the Junk Folder.
