All very confusing I can tell you Elizabeth when one is searching in this area. I can never tell whether Alvington is a mistake in the spelling/pronunciation and meant to be East Allington or West Alvington. More confusing is the Chivelstone PR's where the name Allington is used a lot. It's a while since I have looked at this area, and now I am getting confused with what I am trying to say.
