This is certainly an interesting project, but I would have considerable doubts about how many such births will ever be registered in it.  Other than in modern hospital patient records, still births are simply not recorded, let alone registered anywhere, so entries in this Register can only be derived from personal correspondence or memory. As Archivist at a major women's hospital that has an extraordinary collection of patient records from the mid19th century on, I'd have to say it's something of a pipe dream to expect to find mention of any one specific person.  You might strike lucky, but the odds would be very poor.
