There's a tree on ancestry showing her marrying John Henry Harrison in Ontario in 1884, and living there in 1901, nothing after that. Might be worth following up, although I have no idea of its accuracy. The same tree show her mother dying in Ontario in 1908, following the death of her husband Nicholas in England in 1900. If you know a person has died, and you have a copy of the death certificate, you can request that the person's entry be opened. A lady in our family had remarried late in life, and her death was not matched to her entry in the 1939 Register (her first married surname had been recorded). A cousin (the lady's son) provided a copy of her death certificate and her record was opened. It is definitely the correct household, the only child that is shown has been updated with her married name and my grandparents were living in the same house when I was a child. It was very frustrating trying to locate the family as every search failed and, wouldn't you know it, I searched for the only visible sister last. My grandfather was working away from home and not in the household and my grandmother didn't help by using her middle name.
