Rose, I do not know the specific individual names but certainly I have seen both surnames in searching through the Church Registers of the towns of the Ortenau. However, I have also run into the Baudendistel surname north of Oberkirch in the Weingarten area, but I don't remember if I had been using the Church Registers of Oberkirch or of Ulm.
