    3. Hello Kurt, Mühlenbach and Mühlstein (Milstein) are different places. Go to http://ortenau.genealogy-bw.de and click on Nordrach to find some information about Mühlstein. Rose has the book "Die Kirchenbuecher in Baden" and can tell you the entries for Fußbach and Schömberg (Gengenbach). No entry for earlier Fußbach and Schönberg records or for the Schilli and Reinerts in these towns? Mabe it's possible the Schilli moved to Fußbach in about 1650, the same with the Reinert? - Wendelin ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kurt Erlemann" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, September 09, 2005 10:31 AM Subject: [Ortenau] Muehlbach, Milstein; Fussbach, Schoenberg > Dear fellow genealogists, > > again, I am "lost" in the Ortenau area .... > > First, I have puzzling information about Franz Zapf "from Muehlbach", as > I can read in a 1700 church book entry.
