Adding to the note that Carolyn sent in, I might say that the films I've already checked were ones for Windschläg, Hofweier, Niederschopfheim, Mahlberg, and Kippenheim/Kippenheimweiler - none of which I found a Maria Antonia Schaub for that date or anything around that date. But these were Catholic Church records I searched, and I noticed that some towns have Evangelische records available as well. Carolyn, you might have told me this before, but why are you searching specifically around Offenburg and Mahlberg areas? Baden is a large area with many towns. I mentioned this List as you felt she might be from around one of these towns. I might add that I specifically had the "Offenburg area" to search for one of my lines, and when I found her baptismal record, her birthdate did not match her tombstone birth date that family members had on her. It was a little over a year off! But I had her parents names from U.S. church records, including siblings, census records, and other documents to back up her identity. So without a town, you could be having people search films needlessly as how can you say for sure that the birthdate you have is what was listed on her baptismal record? Just some food for thought.
