Kathy, Is your question because you are on the Digest format and there is some difficulty in opening the messages within the Digest. I know that Rootsweb has had two methods of delivering Digests, one with open messages and the second where the messages are attached and require specific action for opening. I thought that when Rootsweb changed their mail mode software that they had corrected the forced opening attachments. If your question is why do I call certain of my messages Annoying, they are Annoying and there are two reasons. The prime reason is that you and all the other members of the Ortenau List joined this List because of an interest in and an ancestor from the Ortenau. You should be receiving mail from others with their Ortenau interests and requests. When my Annoying messages come through they should be annoying to you because they normally have no exact connection to the Ortenau nor with any Ortenau ancestors. They take you away from the prime reason of this List; they are an annoyance to your proper stream of thought for this Ortenau List. So, by number, I call them Annoying. For my causing confusion, think only that I am a confused man. Kathy, my apologies. djweber djwdjw@ix.netcom.com
DJ, just keep annoying me with your messages as I have been helped numerous times by these annoyances.
