    3. Dear Wendelin, I will look at the FHC here on Wed. There may be a Nussbach tape that I paid for, a year or two ago. By any chance is there a John/Johannes Christain Maenley b. Oct 15, 1815? In the Auswander index he stated his origination was Herztal, Nussbach. He left with 9 persons. I could not find him at all in the births from Herztal. Also I am looking for his wife Mary Ann Walter b. abt. June 1829. Also of interest is the "9" persons he left with. the names on the ship manifest are spelled as "Mela" - Herz 52, Hanchen 38, Hanchen 10, Salomn 8, Bertha 8, Regina 7, Berthold 6, Jetta 5, Ferdinand 6 mo. ( this family I have never be able to trace once they made it to the USA on the Adelaide Metcalf March 27.1855.) Best, Karenq deu-bad-ortenau-request@rootsweb.com wrote: > Today's Topics: > > 1.
