Ct of Common Pleas by writ issued to Thomas EVANS dtd 03 Nov 1791 to recover against Levi STAFORD, late of Sussex cnty, a debt of 72 11s plus 34s damages sd Ct adjudged to William BERRY whereof sd Levi STAFORD was convicted. The 5 parcels of land containing 185 acres lying in Northwest Fork Hundred on which Levi STAFORD now liveth was evaluated to be not sufficient to satisfy the debt & sd Sheriff was ordered to expose sd lands to public sale. Condition of sd Bond is such that if Joshua TURNER convey sufficient Deed of Sale for a tract of land situate in Prime Hook Hundred containing 100 acres it being part of a tract that Joshua TURNER now lives on this Obligation to be void.
