In this document submitted on August 11, 1830 he mentions his brother John who "is at this time sick and unable to join in this petition" and Robert and Cornelius T. Burton "are minors under the age of 21". He also names "Elizabeth McCray, late Elizabeth Burton, the widow of the said Samuel Burton and Henry Burton, David E. Burton and Samuel A. Burton the heirs and desinees of the said Samuel Burton, deceased". The land in question was located in Angola Neck. If you have ANY information about these people, would you kindly let me know?
