I visited Hill Cemetery in Laurel last year to photograph Marvel graves and as I remember it can be entered by going down either 8th or 9th Street which are turns off of Rt. 24 --the main road through Laurel. The cemetery is large enough to have more than one entrance I would think. Maybe someone who has been there more often can give more details. But it definitely still exists and is still being used for new burials. Hope this helps, Nanette in NC
