Were she and Kendall married at Cold Spring, Cape May? Also what were your sources for Richard Wesley being her father? I'm asking because I am searching for another Penelope who married into the Schellenger family of Cape May and Lewes. Penelope Stewart of the 1850- 1870 Philadelphia Census is the only lady who has the same age and birthplace as the one I'm looking for. Richard Westley, a pilot aged 76, died in Philadelphia in 1868.
