Today the TOWN of Millsboro is in Indian River Hd. What is the location of the Millsboro P. O. in 1860 Baltimore Hd? Searching John Smith I find Millsboro the P.O. for one in L&R Hd and another in Baltimore Hd. The John in Balt.Hd is thought to be the light house keeper at Fenwick Island. These are disperse geographic locations--was mail delivered from Millsboro by boat to people along the Indian River and down the coast to Fenwick Island? or did people have to pick up their mail at the P.O.???
