Another researcher graciously shared with me yesterday that the 1920 DE Census recorded: 203-210 DERRY, BASIL, Head, age 32, born DE, farmer, white (abbreviated info) DERRY, GEORGIANA, wife, age 38, born DE, white DERRY, LINIA D., daughter, age 3 1/2, born DE, white DERRY, WILLIAM J., son, age 1 1/2, born DE, white This family lived in enumeration district #178 (Jan 14, 1920) and the other information states 1st Elec. 9th, Rep. District. Please, please, please -- if anyone has any information on this BASIL DERRY or knows of descendants, I would very much like to be contacted. My husband's 4th-great-grandfather was BAZIL DERRY (1786-1879) of Georges Township, Fayette County, PA. The family name of "BAZIL-BASIL" has been carried on in a limited way.
