Said Moses by a bond dated 22 Aug 1772 obligated himself to Daniel Tree for L100, to convey parcel called Gawdys Delight,75 acres, beginning north of the White Oak Swamp near a tract surveyed for John Williams. Wit: David Train, J. Russel, Within deed ackn. 30 Mar 1776 Another one mentions Moses Gorday(Gordy) Senr of Worcester Co.,MD Daniel Tree was from Worcester Co. also.
