In Reply to Bonnie Murphy's search for a William Ross, b. 1800 - 1803 in Delaware. We have here in Delaware, William H. Ross, who served as Delaware's Governor from, I believe, (1857-1859). Governor William H. Ross resided in Seaford, DE. and his Wife's name was Elizabeth. Their Mansion still stands to this day in Seaford. I have reenacted many times at the Ross Mansion during the Town & County fair, held every Labor Day, in September. I wondered if your William could be from this same Ross Family line?
