Thanks, Terri! I now have *three* MJ's from the right time period in the same couple of Hundreds...2 of them practically neighbors. :o| Who knew it was such a common name?!!! I'm pretty confident that *one* of them is my GGgrandmother--And that's the problem of skipping generations when we do genealogy! The problem I'm running into is that there's apparently no discoverable document listing both her and her daughter...If only I could find one of them listed with a Lula/Lulu. Probably the 1890 Census! :( (There are apparently no vital records in Delaware for either/any[!] of them. Not completely surprising, since they weren't mandatory there until 1913, but still frustrating.) Any ideas? commiserations?!!
