It also had jurisdiction over real property divisions among heirs regardless of age. The **abstract** of **valuations** you copied from the internet puts the names of the minor heirs of the decedent in parentheses. This is not at all the way the original Orphans Court records look, and it is in no way the complete Orphans Court record; what you copied is by folks who were interested in use of forest woods, so there's lots of mentions of fences in the extracts. You must look at the original record to determine whether the two children named are children of the decedent or are children of a deceased child or sibling. As an example of how incomplete this item is, there should have been a petition for division of lands and partition among all the heirs, and there might have been a partition setting off a widow's 'thirds'.
