Bequeaths to: 1. Daniel Evans --son -to have ½ of the testator's tract of land called "Partnership" and the said ½ to be laid off by a line drawn east and west across the land part of an old patent made in Maryland and part of a re-survey dividing equally for quantity and quality and that Daniel to have the north side of the division -to have 1 yoke of steers and also the cross cut saw 2. Zadock Evans --son -to have all the remainder of the testator's land and plantation whereon the testator now dwells -to have all the testator's wearing apparel and working tools 3. Sarah Evans --wife -to have a peaceable home as long as she remains a widow -to have the one third part of the testator's clear estate for her natural life and at her death to be divided among the testator's children -named executrix of the will 4. Martha Taylor -to have 1 bed to be delivered to her after her mother's death and 1 trundle bedstead and no more of the estate. 5. Rodney Barns -to have 1 cow called "Pied" 6.
