I am trying to locate his parents. His parents are John Anthony Carr and Daisy Ann Jones. I believe Daisy Jones was born DE and John was born in MD but for some reason the borders of the two states keep throwing me off! :( Joseph (my grandfather) eventually ended up in Camden, NJ.
