The name is shown as the Wilson Cemetery, one mile from Conley, Delaware. Property was owned by Harry P. Dinelacger at the time of the recording. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Yes Elizabeth, wife of CV Long Sr was the daughter of TE McKinney. I can tell you CV Jr grew up in the area outside of Selbyville, near Williamsville. Off of what is now Rt. 54. Elizabeth, CV, SR and CV Jr are all buried at Redman's Cemetary in Selbyville. CV Jr has no date of death on his stone but he died in July 1999. The Center you refer to is Stockley (pronounced with a long O.) Tell me if I am wrong here: the Elizabeth who married CV Long was the Elizabeth who was the dau of TE? thanks, I'll do some more searching on McKinney. I know very very little about McKinneys. TE McKinney was either in the merchant marines or navy. At one point he was in the Shockey Center (?) in DE. Rumor had it, he killed his wife Lilly. He spent his retirement in the Sailors Home in NY. And they are buried in Millville. As far as I know they had 2 children, Elizabeth and TE jr. Baker)that Audrey remembers accompanying her Aunt Lonnie (Baker) Bennett to visit a Liz McKinney, Jonathan's half sister, who lived around Ebenezer. Lonnie Baker 1872-1854 m George Luther Bennett and lived in Roxana. I am looking for Jonathan's ancestors. He died in Selbyville in 1913. Do you know anything at all about the McKinneys?
