The only difference from your query is that I recall from my dad that he had lived in the states of RI, MA and NY, but there is little information out there and I actually don't have his obituary with me (I am just starting to gather info on my dad's side which is difficult since a lot of family records/pictures were disposed of according to him). So you may be right that he lived in California at one time? His siblings that I have so far (from my father and from the 1920 US Census in Franklin, MA and other sources) are: Charles ? Goss Louis Leo had 5 children: Leo Roger (have his info but haven't entered it yet --died years ago, had 2 wives) Donald Joseph (b. 1932, living) m. Arlene A Richard Louis (b. 1934, living) my father m. Marie Jeanne Aline Roy Lucille Patricia (b. 1936, living) m. Harold B. Barber (d. 1999) Eileen Claire (b. 1945 livng) m. Edward Mix and currently Robert Busque. That is all that I have so far. I am coming up empty on Charles and Emma. I didn't know Joseph lived in Quebec. I will have to look into that.
