    3. Thanks to Peter for mentioning the book - it is relevant to this group as it does include quite a bit of information about people. I hadn't intended joining this discussion, but in view of previous e-mails I think I had better explain the circumstances (I have had direct correspondence with Anne by the way). The book has only just been published. Copies were received from the printer on 27th November and it was registered with Nielsen on 1st December. The publisher's website is http://www.pynotpublishing.co.uk/ However, I have paid for the books to the printed (or will do by the end of the month) and, of course, have also paid Nick (the publisher) for the production. I deal with most of the sales via bookshops, as well as certain direct sales, although this only involves cheques. Nick deals with internet sales via his website, passing the money to me less a percentage; sometimes he deals with the postage, sometimes he asks me to attend to it. The UK postage cost is shown on the website; overseas costs can be advised if requested. There is no reason why copies can't be ordered via bookshops in the UK. However, it is possible that at the present time Nielsen haven't publicised the ISBN (I have put it in a search engine and got a nil reply) - perhaps the reason why the London bookshop believes that it has been privately published? So far as Amazon is concerned I do have to say that while the book is new and I have my initial outlay to recover, I have no intention of accepting any reduced price orders from that source. At the present time, copies of the book are available at various outlets in and around Matlock. Otherwise, it can be obtained from me direct or via the Pynot Publishing website. Another source is the Bill Hudson Transport Books website Apologies for getting involved in this correspondence as the author, but I think that in view of previous e-mails it was best to clarify the situation.
