Hi Barry, I believe that this chapel is the Upper Independant Presbyterian Church (yes it's non conformist) at Norton, Sheffield. I couldn't find any info on this Church but found a lead to The Shore Family of Norton Hall. It may be worth your while to google this. Janet.
