    3. Elizabeth NORTON (chr Stapenhill 1713) married Samuel TONKINSON, but when and where? The oldest known child of Elizabeth & Samuel TONKINSON was Ann, chr in Stapenhill, 1735. A John DUNKINSON (s/o Saml & Elizabeth) was also chr in Stapenhill in 1735 - presumably the same couple...? Other known children, both chr Stapenhill, were Elizabeth (Feb 1737/8, bur 1739) and John (May 1741). Elizabeth TUNKINSON, w/o Samuel, was bur in Stapenhill in 1760. A Samuel TONKINSON m Mary BAXTER in Stapenhill in Dec 1761. (I'm assuming this is the widowed Samuel, marrying for a second time, but he could possibly be a son of Sam & Elizth).Sam & Mary had daughters Mary (1763) and Jane (11766), still in Stapenhill. This family seems to have dispersed has anybody found any further references to anybody of this name, or variants please?
