    1. Re: [DBY] Free upgrade to FTM 2014.1 by Mackiev
    2. I received the email today to say that I was now eligible for the free upgrade so took the plunge! It was a scary at first as I thought it wasn't going to work but just left it alone for half an hour, came back to the computer and all finished. The only thing that took a bit of time to work out, was how to get the tile onto the computer but it simply appeared on its own eventually. So 'mission accomplished'! Thank you to all of you who offered advice and support, as always much appreciated. On the website there are detailed instructions on how to perform the upgrade - follow them and all will be well. Yes I have everything backed up and the programme are trees are on the desktop and my laptop. I will also contact the FTM-Tech list as you suggest. I'll let you know how I get on! I'm always grateful to the members of the list as there is always someone ready and willing to help or give advice, and it is much appreciated.
