    3. Hi Rosemary, Could it be Giles WOODHOUSE wife was buried 18 Apr 1622 - the first letter looks like a G the minister is not consistent in writing his records, one says Grace the wife of Thomas......... was buried, another says The wife of John............. was buried, and another William ...............s wife was buried, and yet another Jane BENNETT the wife of George BENNETT was buried. Not much help I'm afraid, happy hunting, Annette At 03:40 AM 7/05/2017, you wrote: >I'm asking for help again reading Dronfield Parish Register: > >https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HT-DYDV-K3?mode=g&i=107&cc=1911752 > >18 Apr 1622 >.... 3. To Bob, Annette, Meg, Brett and Ruth - thank you all for your time in deciphering this entry. I'm inclined to go with "Ould Woodhouse['s] wife was buried" - with an awkward O and the upstroke of the d crossing the l. Thank you all again, Rosemary On 06/05/2017 18:40, Rosemary Probert via DERBYSGEN wrote: > I'm asking for help again reading Dronfield Parish Register: > > https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HT-DYDV-K3?mode=g&i=107&cc=1911752 > > > 18 Apr 1622 > ....
