    3. It depends which version you are running. The earlier versions can't really cope with anything over about 25,000 if you have a lot of "notes" etc. Version 16 seems to be OK but although I run both, I don't particularly like that version. 1. [DBY] Crich Parish Land Tax 1805
    2. Peter Patilla
    3. Morning all Thanks to Heather Eaton I have now transcribed the 1805 Land Tax to the Crich Parish website. Lots of “Crich Names” as expected but interestingly (to me) some of the names which appeared on old documents regularly seem to have gone– but where did Debank(e) and Billsborough go I wonder. Also added onsite a demand for licence money from HM Taxes sent to William Acraman (my favourite Vicar of Crich). Dated 1879 you had to licence Male Servants (£15 each), Carriages with 4 wheels (£2 2s) Carriages with 2 wheels (£15) Dogs (7s 6d) and you had to pay if you had Armorial Bearings (extra if they were displayed on your carriage) . It seems Females servants were unlicensed! Updated many records on the WW1 Roll of Honour. In 1914 I had 104 photos of the men with many unknown regimental details, Currently I have over 200 photos (largely thanks to Simon Johnson's research), many more regimental details plus about 20 new names added. These records are updated very regularly. Having two names who received Mentioned in Dispatches awards has got me interested in looking more into this award given during WW1 as I believe they were gained in the UK not serving abroad. One was a Red Cross nurse. Peter

And for you especially... tragedies for the same reason must have happened in previous generations in countless families, but they never knew why - and we can only wonder what the cause was, when we see deaths of children in the records. I recall she said it was to do with her blood type and the babies blood and her own blood "not getting on with each other" but as a child I never questioned it. I never realised how serious this was but mum and dad probably had it explained to them at the time (late 60s) needless to say we stayed as a family of 6! Sadly my sister wasn't a completely well adult with recurring IBS which turned out to be bowel cancer and took her from us at the young age of 43! >> Andrea >> >> >> >> Sent from Samsung tablet >> >> >> ------------------------------- >> To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message >> >> >> ------------------------------- >> To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message > > > > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message > > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message

    3. I had 4 boys all RH.  factor.  The last one born in 63.  When he was born they said he was having signs of problems.  The doctor said he would be fine and released us to go home.  He was very bad sick 7 weeks later with pneumonia and sickly for 5 years.  I believe to this day he should have a transfusion.  Just my openion.  So I gave up on having a girl. Your husband clearly has one positive gene and one negative, because you had a Rh negative child (which requires two Rh negative genes). A couple where the husband has two Rh positive genes and the wife is Rh negative will only have positive children. As for passing Rh negative type down the generations, it doesn't necessarily follow - both partners need to have at least one Rh negative gene to have a negative child. Hope that makes sense. >> >> Sent from my Windows Phone >> >> ------------------------------- >> To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
