After many years of researching the Weir/Wier/Ware/Weer name of Cecil Co, I am ready to put my history in the historical societies of Cecil Co and DE. My own family moved from Cecil Co to Wilmington in the mid-1800s. I have found many who are not connected to me, and I have tried to keep careful records on them.
