Hello Marilyn, Thank you so very much for that information! I'll have to check to see just where the Second Presbyterian Church was located in Wilmington. Somehow Drawyers (?) is familiar to me, and I'm not sure as to why. I'll have to go through my file and see what I can find. The records of both of these churches is probably at the Presbyterian Historical Society in Philadelphia, as are most Pres. records that old. Unless of course, the church still is active. I felt the Rev. Reed was probably Presbyterian, but this is the first solid lead I have had! Unfortunately the Pres. Hist. Soc. does not do research, even for a fee. I may have to buckle down and find a professional to do a search for me. I appreciate your help! Joy
