Hi, I checked in my book "Old Drawyers" and there was a Dr. Thomas Read/Reed who was there from 1772-1798. He evidently split his time between Drawyers (Presbyterian, near Odessa) starting in 1797 and the 2nd Presby. Church in Wilmington, for a while and then made the change permanent in 1798.
