Joseph Richardson of Duck Creek Hundred in County of Kent, shallopman, , and Stephen Richardson of Appoquinimink Hundred im Co. of New Castle, weaver, for the sum of 5 shillings grant unto Jacob Richardson in Co. of Caper [Cape] May in Prov. of West New Jersey, farmer, and Mary his wife, late Mary Marsh, NATHANIEL PHILIPS of same place, pilot and Agnes his wife, late Agnes Marsh, and William Truax Marsh of Appoq. Hundred, yeoman, a plantation tract of land containing 100 acres located in Appoq. Hd. It bounds the formerly of Ephraim Harman. dec'd, called Good Land, and is part of a larger tract called the Exchange. This is property that Edward Richardson, dec'd, in his lifetime was seized of. He executed a conveyance of same to John Marsh, and afterwards in his Last Will, he devised all of his estate to Joseph, Thomas and Stephen Richardson. Sd Thomas died Intestate. Sd John Marsh then died Intestate, leaving issue three children viz: Mary, who intermarried with sd. Jacob Richardson, Agnes, who intermarried with sd Nathaniel Philips, and William Truax Marsh.
