Dear Listers, Does anyone have access to a phone book or city directory for Wilmington for 1939-40-41 or perhaps later. I'm looking for the address of Mrs. Stubbs' boardinghouse. It was a three-story house in three apartments on an unknown street a couple of blocks from the corner of Delaware and Pennsylvania Avenues. The back porches were on Penn. Mrs. Stubbs was not a resident of the house. In 1940, the second floor tenants were M/M Francis D. Wright and the third floor were M/M Hjalmar Breit. Thank you very much. Anne W. Brown, St. Leonard MD
