436. Deed. 19 May 1767. Isaac Hyat of St. Georges Hun. in Co of New Castle, Admin of all which were of Thomas Hyatt, late of same place, dec'd., who died Intestate, send greeting. This is whereas Thomas Hyatt senior, late of sd Hun & Co., dec'd., was seized of diverse tracts of land. In his Last Will, dated 16 Feb 1736, he devised his sd lands to his two sons, John and Thomas, to be divided. After the division, Thomas, the son, died Intestate without issue. Administration on 16 April 1765 by Theodore Maurice, Esq went to afsd Isaac Hyatt. On 21 Nov 1766 at Publick Vendue, sd Isaac sold a tract of land in sd Co. to James Shaw for the sum of 285 pounds 4 shilling 3 pence ½ penny. It bounds land of John Hyatt by Rudy Island Road and land of Joseph Anderson. It contained 124 acres 1 perch by late survey made by Peter Hyatt. Signed: Isaac Hyatt.
